In the mid sixties COMPAKTA® was one of the first enterprises to bing silicone sealants to the market for the elastic sealing of joints. Destinct development to the requirements of particular applications lead to a lot of specialities in all sealing applications.
In 1991 COMPAKTA-Werke GmbH was integrated in the at that time newly founded HEIDELBERGER Bauchemie GmbH.
In April 2004 COMPACT Technology GmbH was founded under the new owner RPM Inc. Since July 2008 the sales of all sealing and coating products of COMPAKTA® is done by Tremco-illbruck, another company of the RPM-group.
Using the synergies of worldwide more than 50 sister companies and concentrating to the development of our sealants, we offer to our partners in the market a convincing core range aiming on high professionality and economy.
